Fujifilm 56mm f/1.2 is a nicely balanced lens with reasonable weight and is very easy to maneuver in handheld shooting. The architecture of the lens is superb, as well. It is a very stylish metal lens design that is pleasing to the eye. The motor of the lens is almost entirely silent.

The focus and aperture ring are on point, remarkably quiet, and comfortable. This autofocus is also relatively fast. The images I got with this lens are nearly perfect.

The colors and details are stunning, with excellent sharpness and an incredible bokeh effect in the background. The portraits I got with this lens are gorgeous. All the pictures I shot had a dreamy, distinct look, which is good enough for the pro category.

I must say Fujifilm 56mm f/1.2 proved to be a stunning lens. Its f/1.2 aperture gave excellent results even in an environment with weak ambient light and during evening hours.

I didn’t have to boost my ISO for it to work well. Though I shoot a lot in f/1.2, I didn’t notice any issues with sharpness. All the images were crisp and quite sharp, so this lens was worth its price.

Fujifilm 8-16mm f/2.8 is a heavy-duty lens in terms of weight, but it justifies its importance in other aspects. It is a razor-sharp lens throughout the zoom range, even at the f/2.8 opening.

It is an excellent choice for wide-angle shooting indoors and landscape and astrophotography.

Considering it is an f/2.8 lens:

It is a good investment for astrophotographers since it does provide excellent results in night conditions when shooting skies. Images I got with this lens are crispy and sharp, with perfect color distribution and no vignetting on the edges.

I specifically liked this lens’s outstanding light-gathering capabilities at every focal length. I managed to pull off extraordinary night sky images at f/2.8 with no distortions. This is, by no means, a prime lens aimed at portrait photography.

It produces excellent bokeh effects and nice and crisp details for the foreground and subject in focus. Speaking of autofocus, it is pretty fast, yet, not so quiet. I didn’t mind it since it was my only fault with this lens. It is also weather-resistant. I used it in the rain and mist and faced no issues.

The focal range of Fujifilm 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 is quite broad and helpful. The lens comes equipped with an excellent vibration reduction system, which proved to be one of the finest I have ever used.

This lens can keep the image tack sharp at four to five stops slower than average. The motor itself is quiet, fast, and not shaky.

It proved to be an excellent add-on for travel and vacation and shooting simple videos. Its broad focal range and effective vibration reduction make it possible to be used as a video shooting lens when you don’t have a tripod.

Images it produces are sharp, yet sometimes soft in corners (mainly if you shoot at 18 mm).

The contrast is excellent all the way through, naturally enhancing the visual impression of sharpness. The lens has a slower aperture, but the opening stays somewhat circular throughout the range.

It helps to achieve a beautiful bokeh effect. It can’t be compared to prime lenses, but it is more than decent.

Fujifilm 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 is an expensive, bulky, oversized lens. But it is an excellent lens with efficient optical image stabilization. It is a unique lens from Fujifilm that will get you closer to your subjects than other lenses.

The color rendition is superb, with vivid colors, sharp contrast, and exquisite details.

Despite its size, it is straightforward to use handheld. I have shot in low-light conditions with this lens, using higher ISO values and excellent sharp images without too much noise. The manual and autofocus both work pretty well.

Images I got with it tack sharp in the center, which is the most crucial considering this lens.

The wide focal length allows you to shoot distant objects and get sharp pictures. For example, I did a woods photo shoot and got extraordinary images of faraway birds.

The model showed exquisite details of birds’ feathers and beaks. In terms of quality, it is a high-end lens; it is robust and reliable and will serve you well in the wilderness.

Photographers who don’t like using a tripod should look forward to Fujifilm 80mm f/2.8. It is an excellent choice since it comes with unique optical stabilization. The lens can capture outstanding wide-angle landscapes.

Images are sharp, paired with attractive bokeh so that you can use the lens for various situations.

The optical image stabilization allows you to gain four to five stops and achieve super macro shots. It is possible to do so even in difficult conditions when you shoot close up and usually need to have an aperture wide open.

The autofocus is relatively fast and silent and can be slower if you use the 1.4x teleconverter.
